• CI13XX Series modules are available in various forms, including terminal interfaces, SMT mounting, gold finger, and USB interfaces, with an operating voltage of 3.6V-5.5V. They feature an onboard power amplifier and one or two microphone channels.

• Powered by Chipintelli BNPU V3, supporting DNN\TDNN\RNN\CNN neural networks and parallel vector operations, these modules enable voice recognition, voiceprint recognition, command word self-learning, AI sound event detection, offline TTS, and deep learning noise reduction.

• Powered by Chipintelli BNPU V3.5, supporting DNN\TDNN\RNN\CNN neural networks and parallel vector operations, these modules enable offline voice recognition, single-microphone noise reduction and enhancement, multi-intent recognition, and support for up to 300 local voice entries.

• The module's main chip integrates Chipintelli BNPU V3 along with Wi-Fi and BLE Combo functionality.

• The system can reach a main frequency of 220MHz, with built-in large-capacity SRAM, integrated PMU power management unit, dual-channel high-performance low-power Audio Codec, and multiple peripheral control interfaces including UART, I2C, I2S, PWM, and GPIO. It also integrates PA/LNA/TRX Switch on-chip.
