CI231 Series AI Speech BLE Chip

The CI231 series includes two models: CI2311 and CI2312. These chips integrate Chipintelli's self-developed BNPU V3, with a maximum system clock frequency of 240MHz and built-in up to 640KByte SRAM. the chips integrate a wireless transceiver chip operating in the worldwide 2.400~2.483GHz ISM band, embedded with baseband communication protocols.

The CI231 series includes two models: CI2311 and CI2312. These chips integrate Chipintelli's self-developed BNPU V3, with a maximum system clock frequency of 240MHz and built-in up to 640KByte SRAM. the chips integrate a wireless transceiver chip operating in the worldwide 2.400~2.483GHz ISM band, embedded with baseband communication protocols.

High integration—speech + BlE All-in-One
The chip achieves high integration with simplified peripherals, requiring only one crystal oscillator and a few resistors and capacitors for the solution. It supports BLE 4.1 wireless communication protocol, enabling bidirectional communication with mini-programs. It also supports 2.4GHz communication.
Strong control capability
The chip provides a wider range of IO interfaces, compatible with both 3.3V and 5V. It operates at a high clock frequency (240MHz) and offers larger SRAM, ensuring sufficient computing power for the main control applications.
Powerful speech interaction capability
With excellent noise resistance, the chip achieves an 85% recognition rate and 90% wake-up rate in noisy environments up to 75dB. It supports a maximum of 150 command words.
